Return Policy
 

At Bota Art Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy that allows you to return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at botaartgallery@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item is defective or was not as described on our website. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 10 days of receipt of the returned item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or that are returned without prior authorization.
